Mantra on Jolimont Melbourne NPC Accommodation Rate – Terms & Conditions The special NPC accommodation rate with Mantra on Jolimont Melbourne (the Accommodation Provider) is offered on a strictly limited basis and is subject to room availability at the time of booking. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and the promotional rate is not guaranteed until a reservation has been successfully completed and confirmed by the accommodation provider. Once the allocated rooms have been fully booked, standard rates may apply. The special rate is available until 02/04/2026 or until the allocated is exhausted.  The promotional rate may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed. All accommodation bookings are made directly between the guest and the accommodation provider. The organiser acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to the booking contract, and therefore does not guarantee the availability of rooms at the promotional rate or accept liability for accommodations that become unavailable due to demand. By completing a reservation, guests agree to be bound by the accommodation provider’s payment, amendment, and cancellation policies. Any changes, cancellations, or refund requests must be handled directly with the accommodation provider. The API is not responsible for any fees, penalties, or other costs arising from changes or cancellations. In the event of any discrepancy, the accommodation provider’s booking terms and conditions shall prevail.
