A CENTURY IN THE MAKING -
API'S 2026 NATIONAL PROPERTY CONFERENCE

In API’s 100th year, the 2026 National Property Conference brings the profession together to mark this significant milestone.

Held at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Conference will deliver two full days of high-value, technical CPD content, designed to support your professional development.

We’re putting the final touches on our 2026 Conference Program, which has been expanded to ensure delegates can complete as much of their required CPD as possible, while maximising the value of attendance.

Conference social events

Beyond the conference program, you’ll enjoy outstanding social events – including a Welcome Reception at the Australian Sports Museum and a spectacular Centenary-themed Gala Dinner in honour of our 100th year, in the MCG Members Dining Room, overlooking the hallowed turf.

These events form an integral part of the conference experience and provide opportunities to connect with colleagues and clients.

Early Bird registration is now open for a limited time

Early Bird rates close at 11:59pm on 8 March, ahead of the release of the technical program on 9 March.

Members will continue to benefit from exclusive pricing, however Early Bird rates offer the best value.
